Of course, he is X-Men bad-guy, Magneto.

In a misjudged swap from his traditional uniform, Magneto was seen wearing this in a 60's run in with the original X-Men in the Savage Land where he 'created' the Mutates. It was made all the worse when he added his purple helmet and cape.

Anyone remember this guy? Points to those who can. His identity will be revealed tomorrow with an extra addition that'll make him look "FAB-ulous!" and reveal my main reason for drawing him.
